
Elizabeth is a Registered Psychologist in Alberta and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and teens (16+) in community mental health settings. She brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her work, helping clients feel safe as they explore difficult emotions and life challenges.
Elizabeth holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She builds strong therapeutic relationships through empathy and respect, creating an environment where clients can deepen their self-awareness, foster resilience, and pursue meaningful change.
Her approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) skills, and the Gottman Method for couples.
Elizabeth’s areas of focus include anxiety, stress, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, parenting, life transitions, grief and loss, self-esteem, boundaries, and anger. She believes in the power of healing and growth—even through life’s most painful experiences—and is deeply honoured to walk alongside clients on their journey toward change.
