Hello! My name is Vanessa. I am registered as a provisional psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and a member of the Psychologist's Association of Alberta. I completed my Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto where I majored in psychology and specialized in exceptionality in human learning. I received a Master of Education in Developmental Psychology. In addition, I've completed a multitude of counselling courses at Yorkville University such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Crisis and Trauma Counselling and Assessments in Counselling.

Hello, my name is Elizabeth. I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist in Alberta and Canadian Certified Counsellor with over 20 years of experience in various roles working with diverse clients in community mental health settings. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, and teens 16+. My educational background includes completion of a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology. I aim to build strong relationships with clients through empathy and compassion to create a safe and accepting space that facilitates clients’ comfort with exploring difficult emotions and challenging experiences. Along with setting a therapeutic environment, I strive to work collaboratively with clients to deepen their self-awareness, promote change and healing, and strengthen resiliency.
